You will be taking responsibility for all aspects of projects, attending site, meeting with clients and architects - it is very much a busy and active role.

You should have good practical buildings knowledge as well as structural refurbishment experience. Site experience is desirable, as is having an architectural flare.

You will provide compassionate leadership within the finance function and more broadly as a senior leader within BHRUT and the NEL Integrated Care System. They will drive delivery of financial sustainability through an uncompromising focus on value for the benefit of patients and residents.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

You will be part of our people team ensuring that we support out line managers with their people issues and KPI people targets are met or exceeded.

You must have an understanding of Employment Law, GDPR, and ideally have CIPD accreditation or be working toward this.

You should possess sound interpersonal skills including communication, self-motivation, accuracy and quality.
