Behaviour Teaching Assistant jobs in Leicester

You will provide vital classroom support and encourage the academic development of the students through being a conscientious, empathetic, but stern role model both inside and outside the classroom. Key Responsibilities:Provide individualised support to students, both one-on-one and in small interventions.

You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals to provide personalised and specific support for young people who have additional requirements in terms of Academic and Communicative development.

You will be supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum and develop both academically and socially. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, depending on student needs.
