You will work closely with class teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions, provide 1:1 and small group support, and help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. The school is purpose-built with outstanding facilities, including sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and outdoor learning environments.
You will play a vital role in assisting teachers to deliver personalised learning support to children with a range of complex needs, including communication difficulties, learning disabilities, and social or behavioural challenges. This is a rewarding position where your contribution will help foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
You will work with apprentices throughout their programme, visiting them in the workplace every 6-8 weeks, with remote support in between visits. You'll help apprentices apply what they learn in the training centre to real, day-to-day engineering tasks on site.
