You will work alongside the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care and support for children who have suffered trauma and may struggle to manage their emotions and behaviour in healthy ways. Your leadership will ensure that children’s needs are met and that the team is fully supported in delivering exceptional care.
You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre has the best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for our customers. To be successful you will have: - Management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties. This is a varied and rewarding role where every day brings a new challenge and the opportunity to have a real impact.
You will be contracted to 8 hours per week, with the scope for picking up additional hours during December.
You will be positive and approachable.
You must not be shy and will be able to approach customers with ease to spark up enthusiastic conversations.
