Behaviour Support Worker jobs in Wythenshawe
You will receive an allowance per mile of business use.
You will be fully trained to assist people to meet their care needs, which can range from motivational support to personal care.
You will work to individualised support/goal plans, with the aim of encouraging people to do these things for themselves, wherever possible.
You must be warm and able to work in a person-centred way with people with a learning disability. The service is easy to travel to with excellent public transport by bus and tram. Located only 20 minutes away from Sale, Chorlton, Didsbury, Cheadle and Manchester Airport.

You will work across the school to support teaching, learning, and behaviour management, as directed by teaching and senior staff.
You will work closely with the Behaviour Team to provide interventions and guidance that improve students’ emotional regulation, engagement, and overall progress.
