You will develop therapeutic relationships with service users, and help them to develop appropriate coping strategies and skills for independent living.
You must be an excellent communicator, be enthusiastic about giving good care and possess good people skills.
You will get 31 days’ paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 33 days.
You will be offering day to day, person centred care, which includes, activities and day trips planned weekly with residents and service users which includes – swimming, trips to the seaside, museums, sensory walks, and activity breaks across the country.
