Behaviour Support Worker jobs in Buckingham

You will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams to implement consistent behaviour management strategies and contribute to personalised behaviour support plans.

You will also monitor and record progress, providing clear feedback to staff and communicating effectively with parents and carers.

You will be someone who: - Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting - Can support pupils with their learning, confidence and emotional development - Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and families - Is patient, positive and able to build trusting relationships with pupils
