You will be required to support in small classes, typically from Year 7 – Year 11, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.
You will need to be resilient, empathetic, patient and not take things too personally. Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
You will work directly with students during timetabled sessions and beyond, providing essential care that enables them to fully participate in college life.
