You will teach small classes of pupils aged 11–16 (Year 7–Year 11), adapting lessons to meet individual needs and using strong behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment. About the schoolThe schools are based in Blackpool (FY1, FY3, FY4) and offer a broad, needs-led curriculum including academic and vocational subjects.
You will be the person who steps in when things get tough, helping students regulate their behaviour so they can get back to learning. Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Call Support: Responding to "behaviour calls" across the school, supporting teachers by removing barriers to learning.
