You will work closely with pastoral teams, teachers, and senior leaders to deliver consistent behaviour support and targeted interventions.

You will have the class teachers, school SENCo and fellow support staff to lean on for help. About the SchoolThis is a friendly primary school based in Lambeth that in 2023 was graded Outstanding by Ofsted, this was an improvement on its previous inspection which was Good. Based in the heart of Lambeth, there are a variety of transport links locally.
You will also be doing small-group intervention work with pupils who are significantly behind academically in literacy and numeracy.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies, deliver interventions, and track progress. This role requires someone who is firm but nurturing, highly engaging, and proactive in supporting learning and behaviour.
