You will be required to support pupils across the school in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
You will be empathetic, nurturing, be able to manage varying levels of challenging behaviour and have the ability to think on your feet and adapt to situations. This is a challenging environment to work in, but also very rewarding.
You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
You will work in one of four sub-teams within the wider team but will have opportunities to work across teams to maximise development and exposure. The four sub-teams comprising Population Health & Consumer Bahviour are: Consumer Product Use Studies, Consumer Perception and Intentions, Survey Research, and Population Modelling.
You should have lots of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude towards working with SEN students. You must be over 21 years old and have the right to work in the UK. A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience working within a children’s/young adult setting. Knowledge in one of EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND. A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable.
