You will collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, clinical leads, product managers, and content designers to bring evidence-based behavioural models into digital practice - making a measurable impact on how users engage, change, and succeed in their health journeys.
You will assess service users’ suitability for evidence-based interventions and deliver a wide range of Step 2 psychological therapies, both on a one-to-one basis and through therapeutic groups. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a high-quality, responsive service aligned with IAPT standards, while making a real difference to people’s lives.
You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £34,434 - £40,777 per annum, pro rata.
