You will contribute to all aspects of childcare and education in the ELC setting and take an active part in other appropriate duties as required.
You will take an active role in the planning and delivery of person-centred care and encourage the people we support to express their views and wishes within their personal plan, which you will keep up to date and relevant.
You will assist people with planning for their future and prevent the effects of social isolation and loneliness in their lives. Whilst experience is always welcome, full training is provided alongside regular support and supervision from your Service Manager.
You will be asked to share proof of this prior to receiving any offer of employment.
You will be part of a unique team who will work together to facilitate excellent practice and shape the development of our Service. Note: This role involves completing 14‐hour shifts followed by a 10‐hour sleepover.
