You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement strategies, interventions, and support plans to address challenging behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Mentor - TA - Education and Training - Romford

You will oversee behaviour strategies, lead personalised interventions, support de-escalation and model consistent, relational practice to help pupils re-engage with learning.

You will contribute to safeguarding and provide guidance and training to staff, helping maintain a safe, structured and inclusive environment where young people can make meaningful progress.

You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis (or 2:1 with support of an additional practitioner).

You will be working on a flexible contract where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.

You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.
