Seeking a Behaviour Support Worker in Gloucester to assist students with SEMH, autism, and learning disabilities.
You will work closely with families, carers, and professionals to embed PBS strategies and promote long-term positive outcomes.
You will also provide leadership and coaching to PBS Practitioners, supporting high-quality practice across the service. What We’re Looking For - Accredited PBS qualification (BTEC Level 4 or equivalent)

You will manage the Health & Safety Library and the COSHH online software.
You will work collaboratively with departments, clinical teams and divisions, promoting good practice in risk management and risk reduction.
You must be skilled in the delivery of training for staff and in the investigation of minor accidents/incidents and near miss incidents and RIDDOR reporting.
You will be supported to learn about me and to support me in a person-centered way. Car drivers with a full, clean driving license are essential as I require support to access the community, and candidates must meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes.
