You will play a crucial role in helping pupils develop positive behaviours, emotional regulation, and learning engagement. This is a highly rewarding position where you can make a significant impact on children’s development and confidence.

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

You will work night shifts, 9pm to 7:30am on a 4 on 4 off rolling rota 36.75 hours per week.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time.

You will need to cover the cost of your DBS - £64.20 if you do not already have one and this can be done at the interview stage

You must be over 25 years old and have the right to work in the UK. At least 6 months experience working as a Children's Support Worker. Driving Licence essentialA good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.

You will be working across different settings in our partnership schools, supporting pupils with their learning.

You will be a weing team who are supportive in working together to get the best learning support to enable pupils to fully access learning and accelerate progress where there are specific barriers, including the provision of specialist equipment.
