You will be responsible for working as part of a team to promote positive communication and personalised support. Therefore, enabling the individual to achieve their hopes, goals and aspirations, maximising the individual's quality of life, lead to learning and minimising their behaviours of concern.
You will help create a calm, structured learning environment and support pupils in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to help students regulate their behaviour, re-engage with learning, and achieve their full potential.
You will have responsibility for communicating behavioural information including the extent of any interventions that have been delivered to staff, pupils, family members, carers, members of staff in relation to any personal, psycho-social issues that may impact on their behaviour.
