You will be expected to cover all Shetland Islands and throughout the Highlands and Islands locality.
You will be expected to carry a small case load.
You will build positive relationships with the individuals you support, working closely with families and carers to ensure there is greater choice and control over how people can overcome the challenges they face, helping ensure they enjoy a fulfilled life.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

You will assist the Service Delivery Manager implement and maintain effective systems of accountability, quality assurance and performance management, ensuring all personal support plans are monitored and reviewed within statutory timescales.
You will only be paid for the hours that you work.

You will also be a good team player with experience of working with customers on a daily basis and minimal experience of till and cash handling.
