A Teaching Assistant needed to support children across various primary schools in Enfield, assisting teachers and managing small groups.
You will play a key role in promoting inclusion, tracking progress, and encouraging positive learning behaviours through personalised strategies and consistent support.
You will work alongside class teachers and the SEN team to implement personalised strategies, help pupils access the curriculum, and support social, emotional, and academic development. The child can be really challenging and we would require the candidate to be resilient. The successful person will be working from 8:30am - 4pm.
