Behaviour Support Assistant jobs in Altrincham

You will be responsible for developing and guiding the team to deliver support that is person- centred, proactive and grounded in positive behaviour support ( PBS) principles. This includes:Ensuring support is proactive, respectful and focused on quality of life.

You will work 1:1 with pupils, supporting their learning, emotional regulation, and social development in a safe and nurturing environment. The role requires patience, resilience, and the ability to stay calm when managing challenging behaviour, including both verbal and physical aggression.
