You will have full responsibility for the Operations function, including Operational Excellence, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, and Logistics.

You will lead an operations management team and approximately 150 indirect reports, delivering over $200M in annual sales and executing the site's Operations strategy.

You must be confident working with children, adaptable to different learning needs, and willing to take initiative. Experience working with young people—either in schools or voluntary settings—will be an advantage.

You will receive high-quality mentoring, tailored CPD and strong pastoral support throughout your ECT induction.
