You will oversee behaviour strategies, lead personalised interventions, support de-escalation and model consistent, relational practice to help pupils re-engage with learning.
You will contribute to safeguarding and provide guidance and training to staff, helping maintain a safe, structured and inclusive environment where young people can make meaningful progress.
You will provide consistent 1:1 support, helping the pupil regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and engage with learning.
You will work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to implement tailored behaviour strategies and build a positive, trusting relationship that supports long-term progress.
You must have legal right to work in the UK
