You will have responsibility for planning and delivering tailored lessons, supporting progress against EHCP targets, and creating a safe space where pupils feel secure, engaged and ready to learn.

You will support pupils with SEMH needs, helping them regulate behaviour, build confidence and re-engage with learning. The school provides a structured, nurturing environment with small classes, strong pastoral support and an experienced team.
