Production Planning Manager Role We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead production planning and scheduling at our Grantham manufacturing site.

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee production while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship but also there would be an expectation to set those standards by being hands on.

You will be an experienced joiner with proven workshop leadership capability and a strong understanding of bespoke production environments.

You will need to conduct pre-use lifting and equipment guarding checks to ensure your safety. We are passionate about continuous improvement, and it is crucial that our colleagues seek out opportunities for cost savings where possible, sharing any great ideas you have.
