You must have some electrical experience in a similar type of environment to be considered for this role.
You should be comfortable being customer-facing and doing demos of the coffee machines when you've installed them.
You will be responsible for attending sites to survey and assessing the design requirements and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best prices. Work with sub-contractors and regional operations managers to organise and arrange the completion of works.
You must be able to commute to the office in Croydon (one day per week).
You will be responsible for coordinating and interrogating complex viability assessments across multiple sites and phases. This will involve using Group software and advanced Microsoft Excel modelling to deliver robust, data-driven appraisals. The ideal candidate will be confident in applying innovative problem-solving techniques to optimise project outcomes and ensure commercial viability.
You will work closely with other team members and departments to guide these applications through to planning approval and successful on-site implementation.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of residential projects of varying scales, producing high-quality scheme layouts, masterplans, and architectural designs.
