You will be responsible for ensuring all products, processes, and systems meet legal, customer, and accreditation requirements, including BRCGS, M&S, SALSA, and Organic standards.

You will be a Health & Safety champion responsible for reinforcing and improving the Health & Safety culture in your depot.

You will bring your extensive experience in the waste industry to drive sales growth and efficiencies in your depot area. As a people manager you will develop your team, succession plan and increase employee engagement and retention.

You will be a key player in ensuring the high standards of compliance are maintained and that facilities are safe and fit for purpose.

You will manage a team of Facilities Assistants and work closely with the Estates Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the internal and external environment is conducive to the promotion of learning.

You will be confident managing inspections, electrical compliance and health and safety.

You will hold IOSH certification and ideally have mechanical or electrical training and 18th edition wiring knowledge.
