You will work 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday on a rota basis.

You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, speaking and listening to customers who are in different financial positions, tailoring affordable outcomes to help them on the road to financial health.

You will be working a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday on DAY shifts between 8am and 6pm, for example 8:30am-4:30pm. The main goal of these roles is to provide the best customer service to both out internal and external customers that call into the Centre.

You will be working with a variety of stakeholders - field based Engineers, Account Managers, our Branch network and also our external customers.

You will be provided with a company service vehicle and will carry out routine servicing, repairs, and inspections of a wide range of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment at customer sites across the Central Belt and Lowlands.

You will also assist in the maintenance of our own rental fleet of approximately 300 trucks.

You will work collaboratively with the Connections team to analyse data, trends and behaviours and rmend / deliver improvements to achieve a sustainable Customer Satisfaction performance.

You should also be confident with using Microsoft Office, however advanced Excel and SAP experience will be required, along with the ability to interpret and deliver information to non-technical colleagues.

You will provide exceptional customer service, manage orders efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
