You will assist in the daily management of the home, enhance the lives of those we support, and act as a positive role model for both staff and our supported individuals. You will be working as part of a team and covering day shifts and sleep ins.
You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
You will be provided with regular updates and training to develop your healthcare knowledge, as well as plenty of career development options including the opportunity to train as a Pharmacy Technician or as part of the store leadership team.
You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
