You will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 1-2 shifts per week. You'll support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
You will ensure the smooth running of the nursery office and provide a welcoming, professional reception service, responding to all enquiries by telephone or in person. Your duties will also include managing and maintaining nursery data, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and stored on the appropriate computerised systems.
