You will motivate and support the payroll team to ensure they support the growth of our business by delivering operational effectiveness. You'll join a team which includes a Payroll & HR Systems Manager and three Payroll Specialists.

You will be an experienced payroll professional, looking to expand your experience and grow your skills.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across healthcare, education and care, as well as collaborating with a large national sales team to extract insight and build winning propositions.

You will also oversee a Tender Co-ordinator and take responsibility for developing the bid function, strengthening systems, processes and the bid library to ensure long-term success.

You will assist the Management Team with the oversight of homes, leading on support and safety.
