automation engineering apprentice jobs in Yeovil

You will be involved in a broad range of activities such as; the creation of technical specifications for delivery, solving daily manufacturing problems, liaising with external suppliers for internal products and manufacturing issues.

You will take an active role in Business improvement, and have the opportunity to carry out improvement activities.

You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.

You will be doing around 5 jobs per day. Do you want to make some extra money?

You will have access to your schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. You'll also be provided with continuous training to maintain and develop your skills.

You must have held your licence for 1 year and have less that 6 points.

You will work for a world renowned manufacturer with over assets on site, which will give you variation within your role. As part of your role, you will be responsible for updating CMMS, ordering parts/spares as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and projects on site.
