You will lead the planning and execution of routine E&I preventative maintenance, applying strong technical expertise to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex engineering issues.

You will be on call 1 week in every 7, providing support, escalation, and guidance during engineering events impacting production.

You will be responsible for producing electrical schematics and documentation while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical design for control panels and be proficient in CAD software.

You will lead a team of around 67 engineers, manage a substantial £21m R&M budget, and design what Engineering will look like over the next 23 years, and into the future - including structure, roles, systems and processes.

You will be accountable for engineering standards, maintenance excellence, asset management, statutory compliance, supplier relationships and long-term investment planning.
