You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction phase, working closely with clients, local authorities, the wider design team and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering design solutions using AutoCAD 2D/3D and Site 3D software.
You will undertake feasibility assessments, analysis, preliminary and detailed design. Carry our design risk assessments and apply mitigation's. Joining and established team, this is a hybrid role, with a 50/50 split of home and site work for surveys and validation of the build along with some overnight stays depending on where you are based.
You will be responsible for creating innovative, efficient, and cost-effective designs for renewable energy projects. This role involves collaboration with project managers, other engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high standards for sustainability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
You must be a Sole UK National and qualify for Security Clearance.
You will be required to liaise directly with clients, council officers and design team members. Appropriate training will be provided through on-project learning and external training courses.
