You will work under the guidance of the class teacher Additional Learning Needs Coordinator (ALNCo), providing one-on-one and small group support in the classroom.

You will also help create and implement individualised learning plans for students, ensuring that they are able to engage fully with their education.

You will need to be flexible from 08:30am – 15:30pm and be able to adapt to work in both the foundation phase as well as Key Stage 2 / KS2.
