You will be working alongside Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists at Brighton & Hove Clinic, as well as the wider MDT of which they form an integral part. There is a regular multi-disciplinary team meeting daily and weekly so that care and treatment is adequately planned.
You will work alongside the senior Nurse to manage the on-call service and manage the ward budgets, and lead by example, acting as a role model to all members of the nursing team, leading care teams and creating a positive learning environment that makes a difference and changes lives for the better.
