You will be responsible for carrying out the duties of the Engineering department, including design, prototyping, design proving, engineering documentation, and supporting calculations. This role demands a high level of innovative thinking and the ability to synthesise ideas into functioning and manufacturable products that are compliant to design specifications and applicable legislation.
You will be supported by a strong management structure including a Deputy Manager, two Team Leaders, and an Administrator. Experience in commissioning a new care home will be a significant advantage.
You will be instrumental in shaping the culture, standards, and success of the home from its very beginning.
