You will act as a key point of contact for both HR and core HSE requirements. The company are within the construction industry, and are looking for a candidate to join them who has experience within a similar field. This role will form a key part of the team and there will be scope to develop and help improve processes across the business.

You will need to be available to work during the 39 weeks of the academic year, for 45 minutes between 08:00 - 09:00 in the morning and 45 minutes between 14:45 - 15:45 in the afternoon approximately, depending on individual site requirements. Uniform, equipment, and training will be provided.

You will source and encourage enquiries through local engagement, undertake initial visits in the homes of our applicants and accurately record applicant information on our database.

You will be comfortable engaging with the public and existing foster carers, attending events to raise awareness of fostering and help exceed the local recruitment target.
