You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined and resilient. Work under pressure, with excellent time management and success in meeting tight deadlines. You will need to have the relevant Planning qualifications in addition to a practical planning work experience and in return you can expect to have a very good, progressive career with a company that values its staff and has a fantastic team environment. You should ideally have an RTPI Accredited undergraduate/postgraduate degree in town planning or a relevant discipline.

You will receive clinical supervision and peer support from experienced frailty clinicians while contributing to integrated, system-wide care delivery.
