You will support clients across new build, decommissioning, and ongoing operational projects, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and to the agreed programme. This role offers opportunities to develop new skills, refresh existing ones, and work with new clients.

You will also support and mentor graduate consultants.

You will be responsible for generating new business from your client base, recruiting and developing your new team, and providing clients with expert transport planning advice to secure the success of their land use development projects. You'll have autonomy with full support from the wider Transport Team to build the business, which supports developers, housebuilders and infrastructure providers.

You will support clients in projects of new build, decommissioning or ongoing operational facilities in providing safety cases and associated assessments. To ensure work is delivered to a high standard, timely and to the programme agreed.

You will be working closely with the Associate Principal in Sustainability with a view to growing the carbon offering and consultancy service.

You will be able to support the growth of business in this area by identifying new opportunities and delivering insightful presentations to potential new clients.
