You will work in a collaborative team environment where significant interaction and coordination with other design disciplines will be prevalent on a daily basis. The selected individual shall be responsible for providing solutions and technical input to a live project. The individual will have the competence to self deliver solutions and provide governance on the proposals provided by others.

You will be a collaborative, persuasive and engaging individual who gives their all to ensure the client is happy and that the solution is high-quality and practical - Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance tasks and prioritise to meet strict deadlines

You will prepare and review calculations, oversee colleagues' work, and coordinate with UK-based and international teams. On larger projects, you may deputise for the LDE in specific areas, taking on delegated leadership responsibilities. You will perform complex technical or professional work activities and assure delivery to meet client requirements. In depth knowledge of basic structural engineering principles generally associated with building structures is essential for your role.

You will have a thorough knowledge of design codes and standards being used in the UK.
