You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and have previously worked asahousebuilding Quantity Surveyoror as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up.

You will support senior quantity surveyors by maintaining detailed records of materials and labor costs, aiding in budget preparation, and tracking site expenditure. The ideal candidate demonstrates numerical proficiency, a keen willingness to learn, and foundational knowledge of construction methods and materials.

You will have the following qualities/experience: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent. Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB (or working towards). Experience with key contracts such as NEC. Good communication skills. Great Teamwork / Role Mode.

You will also be involved with exploring new projects and opportunities with site visits, pricing and various other tasks.
