You will have responsibility to lead/manage a group of Senior Managers, with delegated principal contractor responsibility for delivery of scope including Enabling works, Major Civils, Networks and Buildings. The role will entail management of a matrix team of wider disciplines forming the project Area Management Delivery team eg: the SZC quality team, safety team and suppliers.
You should be confident in leading teams, overseeing site delivery, and handling commercial aspects including budgets and programme management. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to mentor and support staff in a collaborative environment.
