You will be working as part of a small, close-knit team that produces work to a high standard whilemaintaining a relaxed and friendly working environment.
You will be based at our office in Macclesfield and will spend some of your timevisiting clients property with occasional overnight stays away.
You will develop your portfolio of customers through a mix of customers coming from our marketing call center, and from your own field prospection efforts to market our services
You will need to use your own vehicle for the first 4 months.
You will receive compensation for expenses incurred.
You will contribute to the overall Leader Advisory Service (Tier 2) to enable People Leaders to fulfil their responsibilities through coaching, guidance, and advice on the full range of generalist people activity.
You will also be assessing trees and woodlands and providing written technical reports to clients for a range of purposes e.g. for planning applications, and silvicultural and landscape management.
You will be based in the office in East Cheshire, and will carry out site visits which will include occasional overnight stays away.
You will be responsible for managing all financial reporting elements for EMEA entities and branches, as well as day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring all financial information's accuracy, integrity, and timeliness. You will engage with tenants to ensure the smooth delivery of required works in terms of time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You will also be required to independently manage contractors and consultants, lead on project delivery from scoping through to completion and ensure compliance with legislative standards including HHSRS, Decent Homes, and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation).
