You will work 22.5 hours over 3 or 4 days Monday and Friday.
You will also be required to work a weekend day on a rota basis (roughly one weekend day in 6 weeks.

You will manage stock, budgets, staffing, and menu development, while also preparing to launch an evening service and strengthen our appeal to local customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, particularly during peak seasonal periods with high visitor volume.
You will do this by: - Building a strong understanding of the principles behind safe food production (hazards, prerequisites, allergens, traceability) and how quality standards are set, verified and maintained. - Supporting day-to-day Technical and Quality activities, including completing checks, capturing data and maintaining accurate records.
You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
You will be expected to prepare technical reports presenting the findings of the various aspects of the surveys, investigations & testing.
You will also assist in managing the ISO 17025 & ISO 17020 UKAS accredited Quality Systems.
You will be joining a close-knit team of engineers & technicians, providing technical and professional advice to deliver projects within agreed timescales.
You will be responsible for carrying out assessments, support planning, reviews, and safeguarding work, ensuring all interventions meet professional standards and promote independence and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Undertake social care assessments and develop support plans and reviews in line with statutory requirements.
You will become part of a well-established Service Desk team and you will be expected to help them resolve the 2000+ service requests that they receive each month.
You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of project‐based work within infrastructure and software solutions for new and existing clients.
