You will be based at our Kidderminster office. The team also operates from mfg’s Worcester, Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Telford offices.
You will be fully supported in handling a typical caseload of up to 100 matters.
You will provide essential support to the Finance Team, ensure complete accuracy of data, and help deliver ongoing digitisation improvements.
You will be expected to maintain data integrity, prepare statutory returns, support invoicing processes, and assist with analytical tasks.
You will prepare cases where formal enforcement action is to be taken (in consultation with the Council’s legal advisors) where breaches of planning control cannot otherwise be resolved. Great communication skills and an ability to engage with a range of stakeholders is therefore essential along with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service to all our customers.
You will handle sales, purchases and leases of commercial premises, including non-contentious landlord and tenant work to include development.
You will have proven experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leases along with strong commercial awareness and outstanding client care skills.
