You will support the development of Step 2 services while providing clinical supervision and support. This role requires a Psychology Degree and substantial clinical experience, as well as leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various low-intensity therapeutic interventions.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
