You will play a key role in helping adults gain the confidence, knowledge, and qualifications they need to use technology effectively in work, learning, and everyday life.
You will be confident delivering both accredited and non-accredited digital courses, adapting your approach to meet the needs of learners with varying levels of digital confidence.
You will teach across a range of Engineering courses and modules aligned to your occupational skill set in order to deliver a high quality provision to our learners. In this role you will be required to demonstrate innovative teaching and learning, coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide learners to succeed.
You will support the Education Manager with effective management of the curriculum, ensuring needs of learners and employers are met.
You will lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging an innovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors in order to raise standards and meet challenging targets in line with performance indicators.
You will have strong teamwork skills as the school in question has a key focus on teamwork and collaboration to be able to achieve student and school goals.
