You will be responsible for the survey and valuation of all lands and heritages in a designated geographical area for the purposes of the Lands Valuation Acts and the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

You will manage a portfolio of survey work under appropriate supervision.

You will have a high standard of report writing and presentation skills as well as good communication skills.

You will be working with various materials, operating hand and power tools, and supporting the assembly/fabrication of construction components. Full training on all tools and processes will be provided. Skills & Experience Required: - Experience in construction, manufacturing, labouring, or a similar physical work environment

You must have a good knowledge of IT packages, moderate relevant clerical experience, good organisational skills along with effective communication skills.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

You will only be paid for the hours that you work.

You will assist our residents in all aspects of their care needs whilst maintaining their comfort and dignity and will assure our residents retain their right of choice and remain as independent as possible.

You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will be part of a close-knit, supportive care team providing person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

You will help residents maintain their independence and engage socially, supporting a homely and nurturing atmosphere.

You will work closely with senior carers and nurses, following care plans and reporting any concerns to ensure the best possible support is provided.
