You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers

You will also assist the Technical managers to ensure technical approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.

You will become a key point of contact for incoming technical enquiries, helping customers identify the right products and solutions for their industrial or manufacturing environment.
