You will work as part of a dedicated team delivering a 24-hour service, 365 days a year, supporting customers to develop daily living skills, maintain their wellbeing, and access education, leisure, and community opportunities.
You will ideally be experienced in supporting disabled adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.
You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers This special service specialises in a range of care services, including: residential care, respite care, dementia care and convalescence care To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent**
You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
You will have the satisfaction of working with and being supported by an enthusiastic and caring team that puts people at the heart of the business.
You will also actively seek opportunities to improve centre presentation and compliance, promote positive health and safety behaviours, and support our environmental policy.
