Assistant Support Worker jobs in Radstock

You will be supporting a young autistic man living in Radstock on a 1:1 basis.

You will need to be caring and positive, supportive, calm and tolerant, as the person is autistic, therefore empathy and understanding is essential.

You will be working as part of a knowledgeable team of PAs and be supported by our manager.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.

You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions, eLearning courses & shadow shiftsWe offer the flexibility of a zero-hour contract.

You will be expected to: - Be adaptable and flexible around the needs of the pupils.

You will have frequent updates with your progress through compliance, applications for specific roles as well as receiving additional information on roles which we feel may be of interest to you.
